March is gearing up to be one action-packed month on CW26 with the return of two of our favorite heroes! Wednesday, March 9, Barry Allen is dashing in with an all new episode of Season 8 of The Flash at 7P. Then, stick around after because the Kung Fu queen herself, Nicky Chen, is fighting her way back onto CW26 with the Season 2 premiere of Kung Fu at 8P. Need a little refresher with where we left off with these two crime-fighters? Well here you go! 

Season 8 of The Flash began with the five-parts of The Flash Armageddon. In part five, Barry and the crew decide that they need to stop Thawne once and for all. Although the plan was to kill him, Barry and Mia get cold feet, which causes the others to rethink the plan as well. Sure enough, Barry thinks of a plan that could solve all of their problems...take away Thawne's speed. They carry out the plan leaving Thawne speed-less, which he says is a fate worse than death. In the end, the timeline is restored thus bringing Nora back to life, and everything seems right in the world. Is everything back to normal, or have their problems just begun? In Season 1 of Kung Fu, Nicky Chen learned of the myth of the 8 ancient weapons that have the ability to shift power in the world. By the end of Season 1, Nicky finds herself at the forge where the weapons are supposed to be stored, but Zhilan is also in pursuit of them. Nicky receives help from Althea, who takes a quick break from her wedding to use her hacking abilities to track down the energy source. Sure enough, it becomes a standoff at the forge between Nicky and the monks versus Zhilan. This standoff gets interrupted by Russell Tan and his men who have come to take the weapons for themselves to avenge Russell's son. This, of course, does not go according to plan when the guardian of the forge's energy does not transfer to the weapons. Meanwhile, Zhilan and Nicky awaken at the site where the energy is stored and Nicky uses her powers to defeat Zhilan, who gets taken by Chinese authorities. Now, Nicky is back at home and Russell desperately wants her powers. Where will Nicky go from here? Find out Wednesday, March 9 at 8P on CW26.
