The CW Network is presenting “The CW Happy Hour”, which is premiering seven one-hour stand-up comedy specials every Tuesday night beginning June 9th- July 21st. It will feature performances and renowned comedians.

Marina’s special “Single Black Female” Tuesday night, June 16th. She returns to her Chicago roots to celebrate and unpack what it means to be “woke” in these confusing and tumultuous times. Franklin offers us a hilarious yet honest glimpse into the challenges of navigating America’s complex dating world.Marina is a veteran comedian, actor, writer, and host whose long tenure as a stand-up standout at premier comedy venues and festivals around the world. Her podcast, “Friends Like Us,” features a diverse group of women comedians of color. Marina is a University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Syracuse University graduate. She resides in New York City and loves dancing, house music, and working on her sweet right hook.
