Bilingual Recruitment Fair

The non-profit group Poder is aiming to help Chicago's Latino community launch careers in the banking, insurance and customer service industries. It's holding a job event where bilingual speakers can come and meet face-to-face with recruiters from some of the country's top Fortune 500 businesses. Poder President and CEO Daniel Loftus joined The Jam to talk about the organization.
