Chicago will honor its Blue Legacy by hosting one of the largest free blues music festivals in the world and it is happening this weekend. Festival Programmer, Carlos Tortolero joined us this morning to tell us more. Melody Angel, who’s performing at the Blues Festival came to sing and give us a glimpse of what to expect from the festival.
