Men of Color in Education

The Men of Color in Education initiative at City Colleges of Chicago is a first of its kind program in Chicago to support men of color pursuing careers in the education field. The teacher workforce is only made of up 12% of men of color so initiative like this is crucial for students to see teachers who look like them in the classroom.
