Hope for LGBT Youth
For LGBT youth on Chicago’s South and West sides, support and resources can be tough to come by. Youth often times have to travel all the way up North side to get help. Now, "Center on Halsted" is putting plans in place to meet them where they are. The Jam's Brandon Pope took a look at the expansion.
