Forest Preserve Officer Resigns
The officer seen in this video ignoring a woman who's being harassed for wearing a Puerto Rico flag shirt has quit. Officer Patrick Conor was set to explain the story to his bosses Thursday, instead, the 10-year-veteran resigned.
