This year, The U is celebrating black history month with a half-hour special, hosted by Che "Rhymefest" Smith, titled "Black History: The Movement". Che stopped at the National Museum of Mexican Art to learn about the African presence in Mexico and discovered how one slave, Gaspar Yanga, gained independence for an entire village.
