I|O Godfrey launched a revamped menu that will definitely spice up your dinner

Rooftop season is among us! What better way to enjoy the weather than with a great cocktail and views of the city? I|O Godfrey has just revamped their menu and it is fit for the season.

Executive Chef Nathaniel Cayer's remodeled menu features American classics and globally-inspired plates. Whether you are with a large group and want sharable dishes or dining supper-style, there is something for every diners' mood.

Starting with their "Shareable" menu, the offerings include items such as Wagyu Tartare ($20) that is served with a cured egg yolk, cornichons and ciabatta. It is the right dish when you want something small but substantial to pair with your cocktail. Another hearty shareable option is the Lamb Lollipops ($22) which are crusted with Bourbon-smoked paprika and served with orange-glazed potatoes. The unique blend of flavor complemented by a hint of citrus make it a favorite amongst diners.

There is also an additional menu titled "One and Done," which features full entrees with a main dish and a side item. If you want something to have all to yourself, order from this menu. Our favorite from this menu was the salmon ($32) served with chickpea purée, Cannellini beans, fennel, braised leeks, and Pernod. Keep it light and healthy with this dish.

These dishes are just the beginning of what you can try at I|O Godfrey. They also have a sushi menu and numerous craft cocktails. For your next special night out on the town, head over to their rooftop.
