Free fitness classes around town

People tend to creep in to a sedentary slump during this time of year. The shorter days and cold weather along with all of the hearty food at holiday celebrations do not encourage fitness activities. However, group fitness can provide the extra push needed to stay in shape. There are plenty of activities going on around town — and a lot of them are free. Check it out!
