Art "Chat Daddy" Sims

Art Sims, affectionately known as "Chat Daddy," has 16 years of media experience in radio, television and print. Sims is a familiar and welcomed face in many diverse communities in Chicago and around the world. He is also known for the brainchild "Ask Chat Daddy," his relationship advice column and blogs.

Sims is one of the most sought after relationship experts, known for his humor, quick wit, charming conversation and amiable personality. He's traveled the world providing inspirational, educational and vital information on the development and maintenance of positive, sustainable relationships.

Sims, a social advocate and leader in HIV-Aids prevention as well as a philanthropic participant, is also highly involved in the art scene in Chicago.

In 2007, Sims was inducted in the second edition of 'Who's Who in Black Chicago,' and then in 2009 he was recognized as a social dynamo by 'Monarch Magazine' as one of Chicago movers and shakers in the media world. In 2009, Art joined 'You & Me this Morning' as a contributor offering relationship advice, celebrity interviews and much more.

His personal motto is "if you believe in change, it shall happen."
